Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the extended leadership team, the Director, People and Culture provides strategic leadership and direction on all people and culture aspects across the University to ensure that USC’s mission and strategic goals are achieved.
To succeed in this senior leadership position, you will be a highly experienced senior HR manager with a strong track record in strategic human resources management gained within a large and complex environment. Your capacity to lead people, processes and outcomes through relationship building, coaching, and collaboration will be exceptional.
