Ensuring you have filled in all questions and submitted all supporting documentation!
So you have found the perfect property for you and your house mates to rent; you have inspected the property and would like to apply. You will either apply online or by completing an application form supplied to you by the managing agent. It is imperative that you complete every question and every line and/or box on the form and ensure you have signed where indicated.
A full application must be completed, signed and submitted for every person who wishes to live at the property – whether or not they are to go onto the lease. The agency or landlord must know the details of every person residing at the property.
If completing and submitting the form on line – you will need to scan all supporting documentation. If using a hard copy, then all documents need to be photocopied and submitted to the agency.
