Build on your professional and personal skills through the Study Sunshine Coast Talent Essential Career Workshops. We will host a variety of free workshops throughout the semester for Sunshine Coast students to attend. The workshops will focus on developing either your professional or personal skills outside of a classroom and provide a safe space for you to network and engage with other students.
The Study Sunshine Coast Workshops are open to all students who are currently studying on the Sunshine Coast. Places are strictly limited so make sure you register early to secure your spot.

In this interactive Zoom workshop you’ll discover how to present your life experience, study and part-time job skills in ways that appeal to potential employers. You’ll walk away with practical tips and tools on how to:
- Back yourself with confidence
- Dissolve self-doubt and ‘Imposter Syndrome’
- Create an elevator pitch for your skills (before you have career outcomes)
- Identify your unique leadership traits (and why employers love them)
- Grow your business connections with authentic networking skills
The facilitator Bruce Williams from Easy Teams, specialises in leadership, communication and team dynamics and has been delivering professional development programs for over 40 years. He loves to help people understand how other people tick so they can work together with less stress and more “Yes!” He is an accomplished speaker and talented facilitator with an engaging and humorous presentation style.
In addition to delivering leadership training and coaching programs, Bruce is also Chair of Judges for the annual Sunshine Coast Business Awards, a part-time academic with the University of the Sunshine Coast, and a mentor for young entrepreneurs in The DeLorean Project and Generation Innovation.
