Sunshine Coast students are invited to attend one of both of the next series of free career workshops. These interactive workshops, being held at USC, Sippy Downs campus and TAFE Queensland, Mooloolaba campus will help students discover how to present their life experience, study and part-time job skills, in ways that appeal to potential employers.
1)Setting Yourself Up for Employment Success workshop 1 Date – Wednesday 17th March Time – 10am to 11.30am, followed by a free lunch Location – CG.40 (C Building), USC Sippy Downs campus

Dissolve self-doubt and ‘Impostor Syndrome’
Create an elevator pitch for your skills (before you have career outcomes)

In the workshop you will understand how to:
Embrace personality differences in the workplace or classroom
Students can attend one or both of these amazing free workshops and gain valuable skills to help you in interviews and networking.
About the workshop facilitator:
The facilitator Bruce Williams from Easy Teams, specialises in leadership, communication and team dynamics and has been delivering professional development programs for over 40 years. He loves to help people understand how other people tick so they can work together with less stress and more “Yes!” He is an accomplished speaker and talented facilitator with an engaging and humorous presentation style.
In addition to delivering leadership training and coaching programs, Bruce is also Chair of Judges for the annual Sunshine Coast Business Awards, a part-time academic with the University of the Sunshine Coast, and a mentor for young entrepreneurs in The DeLorean Project and Generation Innovation.
