Study Sunshine Coast is delighted to offer current students studying on the Sunshine Coast the opportunity to attend either of these free LinkedIn Basics workshops next week.
The first free workshop is being held at USC Sippy Downs Campus on Wednesday 3rd March from 10am – 11.30am followed by a free lunch. Students can learn more and register here.
The workshop will teach students how to use the LinkedIn platform to research, connect with and attract future employers. The facilitators have worked with employers internationally and bring a depth of knowledge and experience around how the platform is best used by students to achieve their study and career goals.
At the end of the workshop, students will have:
- a complete basic LinkedIn profile and tips for best practice knowledge on how to post and share content
- skills to research universities, courses, companies and jobs
- techniques to find and follow people and employers of interest
- tips to make connections and build a network
The same content will be taught in the second LinkedIn Basics workshop on Thursday 4th March at TAFE Queensland, Mooloolaba Campus from 2pm to 3.30pm. Students can learn more and register now.
