With international borders set to reopen, Study Sunshine Coast is looking forward to welcoming back offshore international students from January 2022.

Prior to 2020, the Sunshine Coast region enjoyed year on year growth in student enrolment numbers from a diverse range of source countries, so you could be studying with students from Brazil, Nepal, India, Korea, Germany, USA, China, Spain and Norway. Vietnam and Japan are emerging growth markets and overall, the Sunshine Coast, is the most diverse International Education & Training (IET) sector in Queensland.

Of the recognised study regions in Queensland, the Sunshine Coast currently attracts the third highest number of international students behind Brisbane and the Gold Coast and above Cairns and Toowoomba. The Sunshine Coast has a mix of student enrolments across different sub sectors.
